Savoring Spring
The heavy cold of Winter has lifted and with the Spring comes a bounty of fresh market fruits and vegetables. Asparagus is ready for steaming, avocados are ripe, and later in the season – strawberries will make an appearance just in time for dessert. The Spring menu begins to lighten up with chicken wraps but still holds on to some rainy day comfort foods, like risotto and lemon bars.
